Dynojet Power Commander - Horsepower In The Mustang World

347 On Engine DynoAfter assembly, this engine was immediately tested on a Super Flow 901 engine dyno, where it was broken in for a couple of hours before we leaned on it. While it would have likely made more power with a bigger Crower cam, it still ran well once in the car and was already making more than 300 lb-ft of torque at only 2,500 rpm in the numbers shown below.

rpm hp torque
2,500 150.0 315.1
2,700 164.6 320.2
2,900 188.5 341.3
3,100 209.8 355.4
3,300 228.1 363.1
3,500 252.6 379.0
3,700 272.8 389.1
3,900 283.1 381.3
4,100 297.4 380.9
4,300 312.9 382.2
4,500 326.4 381.0
4,700 328.0 366.5
4,900 331.3 355.1
5,100 333.2 343.1
5,300 340.4 337.3
5,500 332.7 317.7
